case #1: Someone burned all the plants in Celadon City gym.

Culprit had red hair
Dropped a pokeball and found a Torkoal inside
Was seen wearing a black shirt

There you go easy right first in gets the point. Have fun.

Clue:
Culprit was seen as a female, male and a and a midget in the smoke
They were seen riding away in a giant balloon

Case#3:person seen taking hostages

Clues:
Person had white hair partly balding
wore red clothes
seen catching a boat to cinnabar

Had black hair
