^.^ Something I can explain too. Well, a Pokemon has to earn trust from its trainer at times. Some badges don't mean a thing (AnimexGame differences.)
SOME high-level Pokemon are pretty stubborn. Like Brock said some episodes after Charmander :10: evolved and Professor Oak in the Indigo Plateu episode where Ritchie battles Ash said some thing 'bout that too...

And the Pokemon heads--On the right of the screen there's some smilies...[ When you reply to a thread] Under some smileys there's the More Button. All you have to do is click it, wait for a window to appear and some smileys are there For you.

Er ok i think bulbasaur or grovolye will go as too grass pokemon are petty use less and do you think grovolye will evolve?
