about youre pokémon, hm... Maneki Neko? i dont know who or what is, but sience you mencioned normal type and look like a cat, my guest will be a Delcatty.

correct, is a bronzer indeed.

about youre pokémon, hm... might be clamper? it gots shell and it's blue, but when you say fluff, do you ment fragile body? although Jumpluff is blue and has fluff, but doesnt have a shell. this one is tough =/.
