it is the pre-evolved forme of a powerful and useful pokemon, its shiny color is gold, and it can only learn up to 2 moves before it can evolve.

Magikarp (Splash isnt "learned" because it gets it at LV. - Meaning didnt learn it)

okay this pokemon was rarely seen in the anime, and its color was changed in the games/anime because people thought it was steyrotype

zangoose? since it is pretty badass

okay this is the only pokemon who can learn ariel-ace in its pre-evolved forme by level-up, but cannot learn it in its evolved forme (level-up)

What do you mean not even close? In DP he only had two moves (bide and growl, It wasn't until Platinum that he learns Bug Bite) and his shiny form is kinda golden. I came pretty close.

I know this one for sure! Wingull!

A bug pokemon from Generation I that couldn't learn any bug moves until Generation IV.

It was actually Pinsir I didn't know about Caterpie so I'll give you that one.

I really like bug pokemon so here's another
I has the highest attack of all bug pokemon! I have had a color change in every generation.
