But then it wouldn't be technically correct, because Ditto can learn ANY move if it TRANSFORMs into a Pokemon that knows that move! XD

Eh, Celebi? I'm not sure, I don't know the first thing about Celebi, due to the fact that I never got his Pokedex data, nor do I watch the anime...
