I think it's Hitmonchan because he's not listed in that part of the Kanto Pokerap. (I still remember the tune)

Actually, I was looking for Golbat cause it's the only one that's not spiny. And the oddball is Raichu for being the only evolved Pokemon on there that evolves by stone
