Why am i still a pending member?

    and how can i make a blog? ive activated my account. What is going on?
     
    I'm not sure about the latter, but you need to either donate $10 or more to PC or make 5000 posts in order to get a blog, blogging rights are also sometimes given away in contests.
     
    Thank you. i don't have 10 dollars right now, but i guess i could try making 5000 posts...XD
     
    Just on that, I know it might seem obvious, but spamming to get the 5000 posts isn't acceptable. Blogging rights are more for fun than anything actually useful (although there are moments don't get me wrong), but spamming and not following the rules to generate as many posts as you can, as quickly as you can is never worth it.

    Another alternative is to do the Recurring Member where you pay $2 a month, however, when you sign up for that, you immediately go to Tier 4, which is just above what you need for blogging rights. Then after 5 months and you've got the $10, you can quit the subscription if you want and you will be left with the $10 donation and your blog in tact.
