Why are there so many Nurse joys and officer Jennys?

I think its just that they didn't want to design a new character for every episode.
 
The same thing is for most NPC characters. Like all bug catchers in the game.
They might be cloned.Pokeclone? Or really the mom had >100 twins.

I think the real question is, how many more colors can they use on Nurse Joy's hat?
 
I think it is because there is one in each town.
 
Maybe their all identical twins whose parents couldn't think of different names?

Ehehe...that would be a huge family, though :P
 
The species Nurseous Joyous mates yearly, producing up to 6 offspring at a time. The offspring are then sent to Pokemon centers to spend the rest of their days caring for sick pokemon, and to taunt brock.

I'm afraid the last post before your one was posted on March, 2nd 2009 which is well over a year ago. This means that you are breaking the revival rule and, consequently, this thread has to be locked.
