Spinoff/Mobile Why can't I buy the 1 Pokecoin bundle?

The latest one, with the remote raid pass and the various Pokeballs - it shows up in the shop, but when I try to press the "EXCHANGE" button, nothing happens. I have 87 Pokecoins. Am I missing something?? I've been able to get all the other bundles so far...except, come to think of it, the same thing happened with the last remote raid pass bundle. I ignored it (I wasn't that invested in getting another remote raid pass, I mainly just want the Pokeballs) and hoped it'd resolve itself next time, but clearly it hasn't. Help?

Hi! If you already have 3 remote passes in your inventory, then you have the max allowed to hold at one time
So, until you use a remote pass, you wont be able to purchase the 1 coin bundle. I found out after attempting it 100 times then realized i had 3 already !
