I restarted my Diamond a long time ago because I corrupted it with a bad AR code! ^.^. Every time I went to Jubilife that scene when you helped Dawn/Lucas battle the Galactic Grunts it froze because I entered the re battle gym leaders code. It made me afraid of Action Replay after that.

I have Action Replay but as long as you know what codes you are putting in you'd be fine.
Sometimes you can tell if theres a misstype in the code or sometimes obvious
titles such as "Remove All Key Items" or "Arceus level 999" ^{(Real Codes)} that have
over a hundred of code sentances.

Eh, I felt like restarting because I just sorta felt like starting over and... "experiencing" Diamond again.

So yeah, I guess that's my explanation.

After you beat the E4 and finish the National Dex,it get's boring with nothing to do. Well,thats how i felt. So i restarted it out of boredom. Now i've finished it again and i don't plan to restart. Shinies,Iv breeding,ev training and ect.

I was somewhat bored and then when I noticed that someone actually erased my game I restarted my Diamond game. Basically played it 3 times as for pearl 2 times.....​

I've only restarted Diamond once for a couple of reasons:
1.Once I got an AR I released all the Pokemon I had (except legendaries) and planned to hack every single Pokemon (but I only got to Beedrill then I got bored).
2:My file got deleted through AR. It happened while I was trading my honest legendaries over to Pearl. Out of all my legends I only managed to save my awesome Mewtwo :'(

But I've restarted Pearl multiple times as every time I played it I hacked my team (I'm now playing both games honestly). I've only just re-started Diamond but I've just got to the Battle Tower island on Pearl.
