    Why do i only have up to 3 island in LG?
     
    You don't get to visit the other four until you defeat the Elite Four and get the National Dex. Once you've gotten the National Dex, go to One Island and talk to Celio.
     
    Exactly. Make sure you have atleast 60 pokemon when you defeat the Elite Four. Or you could always catch them later and talk to Prof. Oak.
    Simple Questions next time.
     
    Once you talk to Celio you can go out and find the Ruby and Sapphire plates to be able to trade with Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald etc.
