3rd Gen Why does hoenn dex only have 208?

Being the third game i thought it would be the 251 from silver and gold plus the new ones?

From Gen III on the Regional Dex is always composed of all the new Pok?mon plus some of the older regions. Hoenn gave us 135 new Pok?mon and the other 65 are some from the older regions. Only with the National Dex you see all the old Pok?mon, bringing the total to 386.
