DP 48 is what's known as a clip show. Basically, it recaps on everything that has happened so far. They probably didn't dub it because they felt it wasn't that important.

As said above. I believe it wasn't needed. I believe that they had not shown a clip show in the past so I suppose they wouldn't start now.

I think it was most of a choice on PUSA then it was CN. I mean PUSA controls what they dub and what they don't dub while CN just decides when they want to show it. I know they had one in the Hoenn Saga and 4Kids skipped it too.

I am kinda glad we skipped it anyways. I mean that way we didn't waste a new episode for that weekend just watching things we saw before. Teeheehee Clips shows can be nice but when they are just recaps like that then they are kinda lame. Clip shows can be good if they are made good and I heard that the clip show in Hoenn was done poorly so I am glad we skipped it.
