I don't really know, but it could be the time that you should follow the guildlines in the rules by yourselves, or - ever since operation good friday, you guys don't need notifying? o.o;

I closed it. I talked with Lightning and decided that it was mainly used for post count boosting. There were some really silly ones in there with a single picture and someone asking is it to big. I don't think it's that hard to keep your signature at a resonable size.
