Why isn't my Lapras gaining EV's? ~_~

    Yet another EV related question ;)

    I've recently been EV training my Lapras, but she doesn't seem to be gaining EV's any more. I'm absolutely certain that I haven't maxed out, and I'm wondering what the problem is. I've been fighting the same Pokemon over and over, so it's not like I keep mixing the EV points or anything. This has happened to a few of my other Pokemon too, like Lucario and Kingdra. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for the help =]
     
    How do you know it's not gaining the EVs? You really shouldn't pay any attention to the stat bonuses it gets when it levels up, since you won't see any dramatic increases until higher levels.
    Other than that, the only reason any Pokémon won't gain EVs is that they've been maxed out.
     
    Oh, I assumed that bonuses were available until I maxed out xD
    & my Lapras' level is pretty high, which confuses me :x

    Never mind, this thread can be closed :P
     
    You have to get over I'd say about 25 or 30 EVs per level to actually see the difference. Maybe your just not patient?
