According to the crazy chat. Somebody ate the server, and threw it up the same. Except the active cutoff was changed to 9001 minutes.

Usually it's 5 minutes, but I think an army of Geeky Snorlax invaded Houston (Or Rukario was trying to be funny, whatev)

In layman terms. PC redetects who is not on anymore every over 9000 minutes.
