Hey guys, I wanted to hear your opinions about my team. Would be also nice to hear ur suggestions to how making it better/ what the 6th member should be.

garchomp JOLLY: earthquake, outrage, dragon claw, protect
milotic BOLD: ice beam , protect, surf, hydro pump
sylveon RELAXED: moonblasr, dazzling gleam, light screen, shadow ball
charizard TIMID (mega x) : flamethrower, inferno, dragon claw, will-o-wisp
togekiss BOLD: aura sphere, dazzling gleam, air slash, roost
    Thanks :)

EVs would totally be appreciated here.

Protect only sees use in multi-battles because when the Pokemon is Protected, its partner can deal with its counter. In singles, Garchomp should use:
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang/Stone Edge
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry/Yache Berry

    or
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang/Aqua Tail/Stone Edge/Fire Blast
    -Dragon Claw/Dual Chop
    Nature: Jolly/Naive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Toxic
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Rough Skin

Running Surf and Hydro Pump is redundant on Milotic. It can go either offensive or defensive:
    -Scald
    -Ice Beam
    -Toxic/Haze/Dragon Tail
    -Recover
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Marvel Scale

    or
    -Hydro Pump
    -Ice Beam
    -Hidden Power (Grass/Electric)
    -Recover
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Competitive

Sylveon only needs 1 Fairy move to function. Note that Poke Bank transferring is required for the below sets. Before you ask, Pixilate changes Sylveon's offensive Normal moves into Fairy ones and powers them up:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell/Calm Mind
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate

    or
    -Hyper Voice
    -Shadow Ball
    -Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Baton Pass
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Pixilate

Charizard X should use physical moves only because of its Tough Claws ability (powers up contact moves). If you want a specially-offensive Charizard, use Charizard Y:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Flare Blitz/Fire Punch
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Earthquake/Roost
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw
    -Fire Punch/Earthquake
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 144 HP/252 Atk/112 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Fire Punch/Earthquake
    -Dragon Tail
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 248 HP/100 SDef/160 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Fire Blast
    -Solar Beam
    -Focus Blast/Dragon Pulse
    -Earthquake/Roost
    Nature: Hasty/Timid
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite Y

Togekiss is well-known for para-flinching. Take advantage of it:
    -Thunder Wave/Body Slam
    -Air Slash
    -Aura Sphere/Dazzling Gleam/Defog/Nasty Plot
    -Roost
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Serene Grace

Togekiss can also go on the offensive as well:
    -Nasty Plot
    -Dazzling Gleam
    -Air Slash
    -Aura Sphere/Fire Blast/Roost
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Serene Grace

The last slot should be devoted to a Rapid Spinner/Defogger to clear away entry hazards, since Charizard and Togekiss are weak to Stealth Rock:
    Starmie:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Thunderbolt/Psyshock
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/4 SAtk/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Excadrill:
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide/Iron Head
    -Rapid Spin
    -Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon/Chople Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Earthquake
    -Iron Head
    -Rock Slide
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef (Adamant) or 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Jolly)

    Ability: Mold Breaker

    Mandibuzz:

    -Taunt/Toxic
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 168 HP/136 Atk/4 SDef/200 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Infiltrator

    Tentacruel:
    -Scald
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Rapid Spin
    -Toxic/Knock Off
