The general consensus by most is its not hacking. Its more just general exploitation. I mean, in truth...you RNG every single time you encounter any pokemon, but some people just use that to their advantage. Comparing to PokeSav, it isn't really hacking. Pretty much most of the good IV pokemon are RNG'ed, so they are everywhere.
 
Ok, thank you, I was just wondering because I was considering opening up an RNG shiny shop and wanted to know the community's ideas as to if I would get shut down due to it being considered hacking. Thank you for replying!!
 
Dude I bred a killer Sassy Onix last night, perfect EV's and shiny


RNG is so great.

I also RNG caught a Eevee but it was gentle, aka gross
 
I need to learn to better RNG for IVs.. I can get the shiny down, but IVs I just can't get, anyway, Im off for today.
 
IMO its very easy, all you have to do is read the guide a few hundreds of times
 
I actually can RNG, I'm just too lazy to do anything after I breed them =3

LF is looking for
TRU is the Toys R Us events
RNG is random number generator, a new way to breed shinys

And there are two ways to clone that I know of... 1) Action Replay 2) GTS cloning, which I was never able to figure out.

Third way is Union Room cloning. Likely works similar to GTS.

My 'DS that I use less often' sometimes turns off on its own. Or it suffers power flickers. Works great when ALWAYS connected to the charge cord.
Battery issue I can only assume.

The Pokemon cloned in the UR by mistake were Infernape female with NastyPlot/GrassKnot/SlackOff/StealthRock and Smeargle with HM Slave type moveset.

Two DS units needed. Two game cards needed. I was using Pearl and Diamond at the time. Incident occurred in summer 2008.
