Does the Nintendo wi-fi USB device serve the same purpose as a router when trading Pokemon via Nintendo WFC?
 
As long as I can get online to trade and hop back off again, I'm good.

Sacred Fire/Brave Bird is obvious STAB. Earthquake hits things like Dialga that resist the its main attacks. Roost is there so you don't kill yourself with Brave Bird +Life Orb recoil. Seriously, this set is nearly unstoppable in Ubers and IIRC nothing resists all of its moves.
 
I got some shinies from someone's giveaway but I wanna know why the pokedex number is "???" . They are hoenn pokemon and I have heart gold and haven't finished the game yet. Is that because I don't have the national dex or is it a hack?

It just means you don't have the national dex yet.
Your current PokeDex doesn't know what number the Pokemon you got are.
 
Oh, thanks! I'm glad because all the stats and meeting places look very normal.

I have another question regarding rng: I can't download the files, it's not letting and how do you find your SID?

You'll need AR to find your SID, or have caught a non-chained shiny Pokemon.

Also, soneone should totally help me with this RNG stuff, since I don't understand a word of the guides on smogon.

From what I've seen, it's never been officially released yet. (On the bright side, there are plenty of legit Arceus' out there thanks to the TRU and JPN Movie events, and a few other lesser known ones).

I finished up a 3 month delayed trade, I feel successful.
 
I had a successful trade with Dark Alucard that went very well. Got a Charmander ♂ And an Eevee ♀.
 
Have you ever looked on the GTS for pokemon i've checked 25 different pokemon by name results only and most of the people want nothing reasonable for them some are in there as level 1 common pokemon and they want event level 100s for them. How strange these people are.
 
Which is why you shouldn't use the GTS. Either people want stupid trades, or 90% of the pokemon are hacked there. Better just no to go there.
 
I went just to check it out plus you have to trade with someone in a different country on there to unlock another pokewalker route which sucks
