question: whenever i connect to the GTS i stay on for like 2 minutes and then it signs me out and give me a connection error message. is this happening to anyone else?

Yeah I remember last night I was trying to use Nintendo Wifi to trade pokes between my Plat and Heart Gold ( I Have 2 DS lites). I couldn't get onto Nintendo Wifi, so I just used the Union Room instead.

If they add in a few more variables, besides just what time it was when you got in-game, it will be extremly difficult.

No it wouldn't, since RNGing isn't hard to begin with. And yes, RNG abuse will be in Black and White.

If you can't then PC will go from 70% hacks to 100% hacks.
