whats the weirdest evolution when you evolve a Pokemon you say wtf well mine is the easiest one magiccarp into gyarados.
if you want add pictures. edit:k then feebas into milotic

Magikarp -> Gyarados is perfectly justifiable - it's based on a legend that carp who leaped over the Dragon's Gate would become a dragon.

I thought that one was weird myself until I realised that Trapinch was meant to be based off the antlion (which is also called, funnily enough, the "Sand dragon").

Nosepass-Probopass

Now that one's actually quite simple. The designs for both Nosepass and Probopass are based around the Maoi statues on Easter Island. Nosepass being based around the common ones that are often seen in pop culture, and Probopass' design is similar to that of a Maoi statue with a Pukao on its head. Nintendo just added a moustache. I'm guessing it's a Mario reference. xD

Personally, I don't find any evolutions necessarily weird. If anything, I think the fact that Eevee can evolve into so many different types is the weirdest thing regarding evolution in Pokémon. =/

objection eevee cant help it has a genetic disruption and can change into any different pokemon just from touching a stone eevee is the best normal type but still is wierd ill give u that

I just think Dragonair is really pretty and Dragonite just doesn't belong in that family.

I used to think that Vigroth and Zangoose were similar and were in the same line.

Gloom -- Bellosom. I like the Pokemon, I just don't see much resemblence between Gloom and Bellosom, but I do between Oddish and Bellosom.
Same with Poliwhirl -- Politoad.
Drowzee -- Hypno don't look similar
Exeggcute -- Exeggutor
Dragonair -- Dragonite

Hum...I think...well, depends on what you mean by "weird". To this world and sciences, all Pokemon evolutions are weird.

Oh, and Feebas isn't that weird. If it actually exists, by the time it got to max Beauty, it would look pretty pretty, and just need to evolve. :D

The weirdest is probably Remoraid to Octillery. I mean, lolwut? A little blue fishy turns into a big ugly orange octopus? Not that it's ugly, but yeah. :D

Have you ever seen a cicada? Or even one of those carpet bugs you find in your linens? They shed their shells just like that, leaving them perfectly intact to the point where you'd expect the shell to be a living bug, and get all creeped out when you see it's hollow.

Well, its supposed to be based off the legendary nine tailed fox, and no, I am not talking about Naruto. White foxes are supposed to carry candles covered in a little paper circle thing and guide wandering spirits to their resting places... so I guess that's where they were going. Vulpix I suppose is supposed to be based off the red fox, obviously. I don't know, but I don't really think an evolved form needs to look like its previous form. That's why its called evolution.

I would have to say I find the weirdest evolutions to be..

Togekiss, Magnezone, Rhyperior, Electivire, Magmortar
- I find these unnecessary, as well as ugly. (But what does my opinion matter? Haha)

Slopoke to Slowbro is pretty weird. The Larvitar line is unusal (Why does it need a pupa? IMO a better stage 2 would've ben something like a Velociraptor). The Torchic line..two chicken types evolve into a, what the hell? (but I like Blaziken).
