wifi level 100???

not sure where to stick this question, but since it is wifi related, i'll stick it here and have somebody move it if necessary...

just wondering, when entering a wifi battle with pokemon below level 100, and they are temp set to level 100 for the battle, do their stats increase with evs or do they just go uip and ignore them??? only wondering because i got to thinking..."it'd take a long time to ev train and level to 100 only to wifi battle..."

so, do u have to level to 100 to get the ev bonuses or can u set up your poke's with movesets and the such under level 100 and let the temp increase to level 100 do the work when you enter a wifi match???

Yes EV's and IV's both take effect. That's why most people will use a lv 100 battle to determine IV's. This way, they can put in the full amount of EV's.
