    What do you think Wigglytuff is? I think it's decent for battling.
     
    Completely outclassed by absolutely everything in battle. It's great for contests though, as it has a massive movepool.
     
    Wiggly has a though time proving his/her worth compared to Blissey and Clefable for general support/walling/offense, with the other two besting it in one way or another for just about every job. Useable if Clefable or Bliss isn't available, or if by some chance you want to stack them onto the same team, yet otherwise inferior to them in almost every way.

    Wiggly makes an excellent contest Pokémon, though.
