    Hello.
    Im bad at english but I try my best.
    When I walk into grass and encounter a pokemon I want the pokemon to be
    displayed before the battle starts. So uhh how should I explain that...
    I walk into grass, encounter a pokemon.
    A background picture appears and in the middle the pokemon sprite completly black.
    Then the pokemon sprite fades into the shadow and the screen zooms into the pokemon
    and then it fades out and the battle starts.

    Hi Sharazel,

    As far as I'm concerned, the only way to perform the thing you want is to have an event encounter. You can set it up with the following code.
    pbWildBattle(PBSpecies::XXX,YY,1,false,true)
    (XXX represents the species of Pokemon you want and YY represents the level)

    Create an event with that code in the script and, before that script code, put in the "Show Picture" command. Then select the picture of the specific Pokemon.
    This method works with legendaries and one-off battles, but I'm not sure about wild encounters.
    If you are confused, reply back and I'll see if I can screenshot an example.
