Will Ash always get new traveling companions from now on?

I don't think that Dento or Iris will stay through to a new game-region. If there's another filler series after BW, then yeah, I'd say they'll stick around for that. But it doesn't really make any sense for 5th gen characters to hang around in 6th gen advertising. Ash, at least, now changes his clothes to the new male protagonist's outfit to make him seem relevant.

It never really made any sense why they would want to keep random 1st gen gym leaders with him, other than they were his first travelling companions, so doesn't seem as awkward as keeping Dento and Iris through different generations would seem, I think.

Well, Brock was probably the holy exception until now. I think that until the anime ends, which means when I start college, or when I end college, or when I'm a manager for Microsoft, or when I retire, or when I die, or over 9,000 days after I die, they'll just switch out both characters >__> I know it doesn't sound pretty, but that's the linear regression, as my Calc/Stats teacher would say.

Soo... Right, Dento is most likely going to be switched after Best Wishes. What you shouldn't count on is Brock coming back, really.
 
Iris has more of a chance staying longer than Dent. She has a fresher personality that the writers can't afford to lose. If she is replaced, it'll be a clone of her or May/Dawn, and who would want that? Not that May/Dawn were bad, I liked them, but having that personality type after Iris' is never good. So I think Iris will stick around for a while, Dent, not so much. He'll probably get bored.
 
If Witch has a higher chance of staying than Dent then they both have minuscule chance of staying because Witch's chances of staying are 0.1%.

I think that when May or Dawn came out, they too had their individual personalities, so did they stay for more than one region? No.
And I don't think that the writers can run out of ~~personalities~~... xD
