My Kyogre is fully EV trained and its Sp Atk is 213 and its on level 50 is there a chance that its sp atk will be over 400?

This should be in simple question and I think it depends on the pokemon you are using it on.But if it's a move like Hydro Pump it may do over 200.

It depends on the IVs. It may be high now, but if your Kyogre has pathetic IVs, then it may only grow another 1 Sp Atk point per level up. If you go to Serebii.net. they have a formula to use which will tell your Pokemon's IVs ^_^

But when it grows a level it increases by 3, 4 or 5.

Well, it must be quite high. Go and check your IVs on SPP, and if it comes up with something that's over 20, then there'll be a good chance of it going over 400 ^_^

I finally trained it to level 95 and the sp.atk is 399!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its special attack will probably get 219 Yahoo!!!!!!!!!!cause it goes up by an average of 4 each time!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, it's very easy to work out, since the max stat at L100 is divided by your current level to get your stat score. So, if you're at L50, you have half of the stat points you would have at L100. In this case it would be Kyogre's 213 Sp Att, doubling up to around 426.

Its exact sp atk is 420. I that a good sp atk or what!!!!!!!

That's incredible! The absolute max Kyogre can get after DVs, EVs, and natures is 438! What nature does Kyogre have?

I caught it with a master ball so it could have a modest nature and do not say that I am an idiot for using up my masterball.

Yup, Modest is a +SpAtt. You've got one killer ingame Kyogre, there!

The Problem is that it has a crap speed of 206

Eh, that's not too bad. A Modest nature doesn't effect speed, so maybe it's the DVs. Did you do any EV training for speed?

Nope, only for Sp Atk and Sp Def
