In Emerald, no. The only RBYGSC Pokemon that weren't featured in RS are Ditto and Sudowoodo. You'll have to buy FRLG to get Pokemon like Pidgey and Hoppip. ^_^

Of course you can. :) You may see Ditto in the grass right of the eastern Fuschia City gate, and near Victory Road.

Just because its in FRLG doesn't automatically mean it'll be in RS as well. Ditto is only in FRLG and Emerald.

i think he means that u can trade ditto from fr lg into r s but u can't catch it in the wild
