They`ll probably have some sort of event in America where you can get them. Not like that helps me though...

Well I live in England so I can't really just fly to Japan whenever I feel like it; although getting those events would be awesome perhaps we'd all might be lucky enough to be able to trade for those Pokemon with someone from Japan via Wi-Fi xD
