I've got this strange problem, my computer was working as normal, I went on Word and it didn't work, came up with an error. I went back on it later and Windows 7 had changed my theme to the really basic one. I tried to change it but it didn't let me. I tired to connect to the internet on my browser but i couldn't, on my computer and xbox live I can though. I literally can't do anything: like turn on antivirus or firewall etc.

I am using Windows Premium 64-bit. I'm really confused, any solutions?

Well I know this caused by you using word. Not sure why it does this. I get this when I open VBA.

the internet on your browser? Do you have a small internet box thig? (not your wifi modem) see if thats off or all plugged in. i dont know.

Yes, the error that we're dealing with is essential to work out the problem. What are you running in the way of security software? How are you connecting to the internet?
