Windows 98 Profile Difficulties! ^_^

Ok, I recently created 2 profiles for windows 98(se), and I am having several problems.

1) The desktop wallpapers arent unique for each user/profile, even though I selected for them to be unique when I created the profile.

2) Norton AntiVirus comes up with an error, similiar to "The driver(s) cant be found, please restart)

3) The login screen is at like 300x400 resolution, how can I change this?

Upgrade to Windows XP would be my suggestion :X
I'd love to check out the KB for an answer, but I think Microsoft stopped suporting Win98 at last.

Edit: Actually, Abby was right. The Windows 98 KB still exists.
Give that a look and see if you can dig up anything to help you out.
