Epic 14:

Paths and Trials in Poni Island

So Haruto and Lillie continue their way, this time to Vast Poni Canyon. But stands before them are Team Skull grunts! This time, the grunts are asking of a way to save their boy Guzma. Lillie told them that she's also searching for someone in particular, so she asked them that they would just let her and Haruto pass because it's the only way to do so. However the grunts refused, and they want answers of Guzma's whereabouts with Pokémon battle, where Squishy, Sparkle, and Puka made short work of them, with the latter launching Stoked Sparksurfer to Team Skull's Golbat.

Team Skull grunts are still not giving in despite of that, until Plumeria interrupt the commotion, as she watched the battles for a whole time. Plumeria owes an apology to Lillie as Plumeria reveals that she was doing the work for the prez, and she felt that it's too late for Lillie to forgive her. She also reveals that Guzma really likes the president, because the prez can see his strength. Then Lillie told Plumeria that even though the president, which she knows more fondly as her mom, treated her badly, she still wants to save her mom because she has matters with her mom, and she wants to save Guzma too.

Then, Plumeria noted that Lillie is kinda like the president. Even though Lillie took a different direction from her mom, but Plumeria noted that she has the same strength in convictions. Like mother, like daughter. So Plumeria asked Lillie to bring Guzma back if she can, as sign for forgiveness. Plumeria also complimented Haruto for being special, because he stands up not just against Team Skull, but also to Aether when things goes wrong inside them, so she asked Haruto to take care of Lillie, and give him Poisonium Z as an apology, before she took a leave.

So then, Lillie noted that even Team Skull is not all bad, and thanks Haruto for helping her as well as she recovers his Pokémon to full health. Then Rotom Dex admits, "Truth is... I totally dig that Team Skull pose, bzzzt!" Then Haruto told Rotom, "Well... I have seen that they're interesting after visiting their base in Po Town, the passwords and all. Maybe we should pay them a visit once again after all the commotion is over. But for now, let's move forward, to Vast Poni Canyon!" as Rotom agreed.

In there, Hapu is waiting, and she asks if everything goes well, and Lillie nods as a sign of yes, as she told Hapu that Haruto still help her on the way just like always, as Hapu quoted from her late granddad that "everyone have to help one another out". So then, Hapu asked Haruto to take on her first Grand Trial, because she's the kahuna, after all.

So Haruto prepares the match, and he wants Greninja to have its spotlight this time. So Hapu called on Dugtrio, so Haruto ordered Greninja to use Water Shuriken that took it down, and Greninja started to assume a different form called Ash-Greninja! So Hapu send out Mudsdale which again is no match for the upgraded Water Shuriken, and the same also goes with Flygon. And in the battle against Gastrodon, Haruto asked Ran to do the honors and initiating Bloom Doom to defeat it!

Hapu compliments Haruto for giving all out as she's giving the same as well, so she awarded Haruto with Groundium Z as a proof that Haruto have cleared all four Grand Trials! Then Hapu compliments Lillie for finding a nice trainer like Haruto, and then she asked both of them to go onward to the cave.

On the road, Lillie notes that the road in Vast Poni Canyon looks difficult, but compliments Haruto for getting through without issues at all, as she wanted to overcome her trials by walking on the bridge. So she comes across the bridge while 3 Murkrows are on her way, but thanks to her determination, she crosses the bridge successfully to Haruto's joy.

So then, in the middle of another intense training while getting through the canyon, Haruto met with someone called Mina, the sole trial captain in Pony Island. It seems that she's wandering to search for inspiration for the trials. So Mina gave Haruto the Fairium Z before bidding farewell. So then, Haruto faces three trainers on the next gate, and Haruto defeated them with ease.

Then just before Haruto enters the gate, Rotom Dex noticed some familiar pattern, and asked Haruto, "Doesn't that mean that we will undergo another trial, bzzt? We already have many trialzzz with many trainers in here already." Haruto then told Rotom, "There's one way to find out." And then, Lillie comes along while running, and wishes him luck.

Looks like Rotom Dex's hunch was right. It turns out that this is the trial site, even though it's without the trial captain this time. As Haruto proceeds, he faced with Jangmo-o and Hakamo-o that happened to attack, so Haruto asked Greninja to finish the job with two Aerial Aces to each of them. When he's dealing with Totem Kommo-o, Greninja won with the Z-Move Shattered Psyche, so Haruto gained Dragonium Z in the process.

Then Hapu and Lillie come along. Hapu told Haruto that according to history in Alola region, the Vast Poni Canyon trial was the very first trial ever to be held, and congratulating him for doing a fine job of clearing it. Lillie also congrats Haruto for clearing all the seven trials of Alola's island challenge, as she told him that their destination will arrive soon, where a final confrontation awaits them.

Corona Confrontation

So Haruto, Lillie and Hapu have arrived at the ancient ruins. Hapu noted that it's the spot to sound the two flutes together, and she told Haruto and Lillie that the plan to sound both the Sun Flute and the Moon Flute together might work out because they are getting along. So both Haruto and Lillie climbed the stairs. As they climbed up, Lillie told Nebby to hang on, as she wanted to save it and also to get her feelings through her mother.

Then Lillie goes to a spot in particular, as she felt that the Moon Flute is made to fit with her. Then Lillie asked Haruto to go to the other spot, in which he did. So then, both Lillie and Haruto played the flutes in unison as the sun rises, as suddenly Lillie's bag started to move and fly to the energy source as Nebby is filled with energy and transformed into Solgaleo, to Lillie and Haruto's delight and joy!

Upon knowing that Nebby is alright, Lillie told Nebby that she didn't imagined that playing the flutes granted it with power to become the Legendary Pokémon, and the fact that Nebby IS the Legendary 'mon this whole time. So Lillie asked Nebby to open the portal so that she can see her mother once again. So Haruto and Lillie ride on Nebby in Solgaleo form, as they entered to the portals unknown.

When they arrived at a different world, Lillie is surprised that the other world looks more beautiful than she expected, even though she has difficulty to breathe as the air is so weak, which Haruto confirms because he felt it as well, and he also noticed that Rotom in the Dex is not responding... So Nebby decided to stay on the spot for a while just in case, as Haruto and Lillie moves forward while thanking Nebby for being always there with them.

On the way, they are confronted by Guzma, as he asked how both of them can get there in the first place, and he told them that he tried to catch the jellyfish thing, known as Nihilego, until he started to do something he's not for some reason, which he doesn't want to do. He also says a warning that Lusamine might not like what he used to know anymore because of Nihilego, but Lillie still wanted to see her mom once again.

So then, they met with Lusamine once again, where Lillie finally confronts her mother as the latter starts to merge with Nihilego that she has caught, so Lusamine proceeds to have a battle with Haruto. She calls upon Clefable that is filled with some power, as Haruto calls out Ran that defeated it with Poison Jab. So she called upon Mismagius as Haruto ordered Greninja to use Night Slash. On the match with Lilligant, Haruto answers with Firey's Flamethrower. So then Lusamine sends out Milotic as Puka unleashes Stoked Sparksurfer, and for the final match with Bewear, Squishy finished the job as it initiates the Core Enforcer.

After the defeat, Lusamine is still not giving in, until Nebby showed up with its Sunsteel Strike, and finally Nihilego splits up with Lusamine, and finally Lillie have her feelings through as Lusamine noticed that Lillie, her daughter, starts to becoming beautiful. However, the reunion was cut short because Lusamine has gone unconscious... And then the Nihilegos are approaching, so the gang asked Nebby to escape the other dimension, bringing Lusamine along with them.

After they arrived, Hapu was concerned because she found both Legendary Pokémon and a strange hole in the sky, but she's glad that anyone's unharmed. Lillie is still worried about her mother, but Hapu assures them that Lusamine's fine, so she asked her Mudsdale and also Guzma, to carry her for treatment.

Then Hapu compliments Haruto because he helps Lillie among the way, and compliments Lillie as well for giving her best, as Hapu takes a leave. Then Lillie told Nebby that all she wanted to do was to get it back to its own home, but she find Nebby helping her numerous times, as she say the gratitude to Nebby. Then Nebby asked a request, that it wants to travel together with Lillie and Haruto.

However, sadly, Lillie is not a trainer, so she told Haruto to face it and give it a ball to call home, so Haruto told Lillie and Nebby that he'll do the best he can. After a few breathes, Haruto starts to proceed and call on Ran for the showdown with Solgaleo. So Haruto aided Ran with 3 X Attacks, and ordered it to use False Swipe afterwards. After several turns, Haruto throws the Luxury Ball to Solgaleo.

After some shakes and then a click to indicate a capture is complete, Haruto took the Luxury Ball and then send Solgaleo out from the ball. So then, Lillie told Solgaleo that she's glad that she chose it, and advising that it should train alongside Haruto from now on, so that it can see the world freely and battle to its fullest! So then, Lillie entrusted Solgaleo to Haruto, as Haruto told her, "Even though Nebby has changed into Solgaleo now, I'll still call it under the same name just like what you always call, Lillie." So then, he nicknamed it as Nebby again as the sign of the friendship between Haruto, Lillie and the others.

Lillie told Nebby to not always going out of Poké Ball on its own just like what it did when alongside Lillie back then, and told it to be careful of its strength before getting used to it because Nebby's stronger now, and that it shouldn't go running off to other world without telling anyone again, to not making Haruto worry. So then, Lillie takes a leave, as she told Haruto and Nebby that she's going to check up on her mother, wanting to make sure that her mom is all right. Just before that, Nebby come close to Lillie as it roars with friendliness that Lillie has known ever since it was Cosmog back then, bidding farewell.

After that, the officer Nanu is coming as he told Haruto that he has to partake on the final trial. Officer Nanu told him that back then, they have to prepare for a ceremony, but this time they have Pokémon League, so things has becoming different this time. So then, Nanu offers to give a ride to Pokémon League straight away to Mount Lanakila, so he accepts. As they arrived, Haruto told him that he has to check up on his Pokémon soon, training them, and giving thanks for their hard work at the same time. Nanu appreciates that, and told him that Pokémon League is a serious matter, so the officer advises Haruto and his Pokémon to go all out.

So then, Haruto visited Poké Pelago and bringing all of the Pokémon he have befriended and caught, so Haruto thanks all of his Pokémon for all the hard work, and he wouldn't be able to challenge the League if not for them around. So then, Haruto told them that he can only bring 6 Pokémon with him, so he'll prepare a team to take on the League, as he proceeds to the final trial in Mount Lanakila soon!

The Final Challenge

So Haruto started his training once again, and then he proceeds to Mount Lanakila, as he's greeted with Gladion, who wants to thank Haruto for restoring his mother, and for doing the best for his sister as well. And the only way Gladion can say thanks is via a Pokémon battle, with the Z-Ring that he just got!

So Gladion started with his Crobat, as Haruto calls Nebby into the battle. Nebby defeated it quite easily with Zen Headbutt. So then Gladion calls upon Silvally, which turns out to be evolved from Null! Haruto ordered Nebby to use Flare Blitz, which is worth a shot because it defeats Silvally. Nebby also do the same when facing against Weavile and Lucario, and the match is concluded.

Then Gladion compliments Haruto for having good Pokémon. So then Gladion told Haruto that his sister is looking after their mother in the foundation. Lillie also asked Gladion to give Haruto a message as she complimented Haruto as the best trainer in the world, and Gladion gave Max Elixir on her behalf. He gives a tip that Hau's working out to be stronger as well, so Gladion shouldn't let his guard down. Then Gladion told Haruto to keep winning as he hinted that Haruto might see him again, as he bid farewell.

So Haruto resumed his training once again, and on his way, he discovered Icium Z, thus completing the set of type-based Z-Crystals, considering that Haruto have found Flyinium Z on his backtracking from earlier. So then, Haruto has arrived at the Pokémon Center near the Pokémon League, where he finally decides to pick the Pokémon rosters for the League. Then he tells the rest of his Pokémon to keep on doing the best as well, just like the Pokémon that he has picked earlier.

Then Haruto proceeds to the League, as Hau finally shows up again. Hau told Haruto that he has cleared the rest of his trials and trained with Ilima as well, so he's ready to take on the Pokémon League as well, when he heard from Gladion that Haruto has gotten there first, so he rushes forward. Then Hau challenges Haruto to settle which one between them will advance to the League first.

So Hau calls upon Raichu, as Haruto starts with Sparkle. This time, Sparkle showcased a new move called Ice Beam that one-hits Raichu. So then Hau asked Komala to do the job, as Haruto commanded Puka to use Brick Break. So then, Hau ordered Leafeon to battle as Greninja defeated it with Aerial Ace. And then finally, when Hau calls upon Incineroar, Greninja in Ash-Greninja form defeated it with Water Shuriken.

So Hau told Haruto to go and become the Champion, as he promises to train hard to beat Haruto next time, as Haruto told him that he don't want to lose either. So Hau told Haruto that he's glad that they become rivals, as Hau heads off for more intense training.

So Haruto dashes forward as he find Prof. Kukui, who is glad that Haruto has made it through the island challenges. So Kukui says congrats on Haruto and told him to take on the Pokemon League as the final challenge. Then Kukui also noticed Nebby as Solgaleo, as he told that Nebby should know that this has been a spot where island challenge is finished, and Kukui felt that it's appropriate to build the League on that spot, in the peak of the mountain. Kukui then reminiscence his time when attending Kanto League, before telling Haruto to prepare because after he set on Pokemon League, there's no turning back.

So then Haruto and his Pokémon rest at Pokémon Center before proceeding to enter the League. And then, after a few breaths, Haruto enters the building, as Prof. Kukui told him that he has to take on 4 Elite Four. Then Kukui wished him luck as Haruto entered the first chamber.

It turns out that the first one Haruto will face is... Hala! After some nice reunion, Hala told Haruto that he's not holding back, as Haruto says the same to him as well. So Hala asked Hariyama to go first, while Sparkle defeats it with Dazzling Gleam. The same also applies when Sparkle is facing off with Crabominable, Primeape, Bewear and Poliwrath. So then Haruto advances forward as Hala told him that he like how the passion of the youth met with the wisdom of the elders.

Then, on the second round, there's Olivia. Haruto calls upon Ash's Greninja as Olivia summons Relicanth. At first, Haruto orders Greninja to use Night Slash, but Relicanth used Yawn, forcing Haruto to switch to Ran. Then Olivia switches to Carbink, as Ran fend it off easily with Leaf Blade. So then, Olivia sends Golem as Greninja finished it off with Water Shuriken as it changed its form to Ash-Greninja. Then Olivia calls upon Midnight Lycanroc and Probopass, which gets defeated by powered-up Water Shuriken. Then Olivia calls Relicanth again, as Haruto asked Ran to do the job with Bloom Doom, ending the match.

For the third round, Acerola comes along, as she told Haruto that Nanu asked Acerola to take on his spot as the Elite Four, so Acerola's doing her best as well. Acerola calls on Sableye, which is defeated when Haruto ordered Nebby to use Crunch. Then she calls Palossand, which turns out to be a challenge for Nebby, but Nebby still beat Palossand regardless with many Crunches. In the battle with Dhelmise, Nebby answers with Flare Blitz. Then Haruto aids Nebby with Max Potion as Froslass orders Confuse Ray. However, Nebby decided to dismiss the status ailment as it unleashes Sunsteel Strike, defeating it. Then on the fight against Drifblim, Haruto asked Puka to do the orders by executing Stoked Sparksurfer, concluding the match.

So then, on the fourth round, Haruto met with someone who introduced herself as Kahili, who was a champion of the island challenge in a few years ago, and she travelled the world to improve herself as both a Trainer and golfer at the same time, and she came back the moment she overhears that Pokémon League is established. So then she starts the battle with Skarmory, as Puka defeated it after numerous Discharges and Thunderbolts. Then Kahili calls Mandibuzz, Oricorio and Crobat which are also defeated with Puka's Thunderbolt. On the last match, Kahili has Toucannon, where Puka attacks it with Stoked Sparksurfer that ends the match again as Kahili applauds that Haruto might bring a breath of fresh air to the Alola battle scene.

Then finally, Haruto headed to the center where he's warped to the top of the League. As he climbed on the top, he saw something resembling a seat, and no one's in it. Haruto wonders what's going on as he tried to take a seat, as Prof. Kukui finally came to told Haruto one thing... "Oh yeah, now you're the Pokémon League Champion!" "A champion...? Me?" told Haruto as he was shocked by that fact. Then Prof. Kukui told Haruto that he has to defeat the Professor if he wanted the title, as a special tribute for Haruto's journey so far.

So then, Prof. Kukui asked Lycanroc Midday form to help out, as Haruto starts with Nebby, which defeated it nicely with Sunsteel Strike. Then Kukui calls upon Snorlax, which is dealt with as Puka prepares two Brick Breaks. Then, on the battle against Decidueye, Haruto calls Squishy to use Crunch, finishing it off. Then Kukui calls Ninetales as Nebby defeated it with Sunsteel Strike once more. On the battle with Magnezone, Nebby continues with Flare Blitz, which took Magnezone down with a burn. Then Kukui sends Braviary as his last Pokémon, as Haruto calls Sparkle to finish it with Oceanic Operetta.

After some caring sessions, Kukui applauds Haruto as he reaffirms that the strongest moves is the one that both Trainer and Pokémon choose together. So Kukui says congrats as Haruto becoming the First Champion for real this time. So then, the Elite Four came as well, congratulating Haruto, so Hala decided to prepare a big festival of Alola's first Pokémon League Champion, so Kukui told Haruto to make a U-Turn to Melemele Island. And Kukui's letting Lillie know as well.

On the sunset, it's very festive in Iki Town where everyone gathers, including Lillie as well, and also Gladion who decided to passing through, and also Nanu who initiates the Z-Move pose while the trial captains and the island kahunas are doing so. So the fireworks spark until the night, as Lillie says congrats to Haruto for becoming the Champion, as Lillie told him that she's glad that she came to Alola. Then Lillie asked Haruto to sneak out to visit Ruins of Conflict because the bridge has been fixed, and Haruto agrees.

So then, they came to the bridge, as Lillie is reminded on the first encounter with Haruto. So then they pay a visit to the ruins, as finally the same figure from back then in Maholo Bridge, Tapu Koko, encounters Haruto, and so does Nebby. Then Tapu Koko proceeds to battle. So then, Haruto asked Nebby to use some Crunch, and then switched to Ran as Haruto orders it to use False Swipe. So then, Haruto prepared the Ultra Ball, so the Tapu came into Haruto's side, and then Haruto received a Z-Crystal named Tapunium Z.

Then Lillie told Haruto to come back to the festival, and it turns out everyone are having fun that they didn't noticed both of them. And then the Battle Royal is held there for a special event, where Olivia, the Masked Royal, Hapu and Ilima are doing the battle. So then, after more fun moments, Lillie told Haruto that her mom might smile and laugh after seeing the festival, and revealed that her mom's getting better, even though Lillie's not letting her mom to see it just yet because of the condition she's in. Then Kukui told Haruto to show his partners that has been tagging along the way, so Haruto decided to call upon 7 of them to everyone's amazement, so the festival has been concluded.

On the next day, Haruto's mom is refreshing under the sun, as someone ring the doorbell. Turns out, it's Hau who sneaked in this time, as he told everyone to be hurry before the ship leaves. So then, it's revealed that Lillie is leaving soon to Kanto region, as Kukui is also there as he told her that Burnet didn't have a chance to come due to business, but Kukui told on his wife's behalf that Lillie can come back and stay whenever she wanted to. So then, Hau and Haruto came in, as Lillie told them that she's heading to Kanto to help her mom getting better, and also because she wanted to become stronger, because she wanted to become a real Trainer soon, and she also assures everyone that she's going to be OK, and promising to come back to Alola again someday.

Then Lillie gave Hau the Malasada as a farewell gift, and for Haruto, a Poké Doll. Afterwards, for some reason Nebby started to pop up on its own again, this time it's from the Luxury Ball. "Nebby, you never learn, don't you?" told Lillie as Haruto explains that Nebby wants to see Lillie off as well. Lillie smiled when hearing that, and then Lillie told everyone, "Everyone's smiles shine so brightly. Those smiles led us to so many other people... And those meetings will lead us in a bright future. I'm so glad I got to meet everyone... I'm so glad I got to meet you."

So then Lillie bid farewell as she moves forward to the ship. Hau is saddened by this, as Prof. Kukui told everyone that they are going home because their families are waiting for them. Back in home, Haruto's mom and their pet Meowth greets Haruto as they shared nice moments together as they gaze towards the sky...

Before I'm proceeding to my next entry, I want to let you guys know that in the post-game, I have a different segment to cover it, that will be called Windy's Secret Sunny Diary. It will have a different point-of-view of how Haruto feel post-game, so I hope you enjoyed it as well.

Today?s a brand new day, and it?s been two days after I was declared the first Pok?mon League Champion in Alola. I?m still surprised and amazed that someone like me from faraway region, from Kanto, would come and getting the Z-Ring, having encounters with my friends, including Hau, Hala, Lillie, and Nebby among others, and then becoming involved in many things and becoming the Champion afterwards. I still remember it like it were just a few hours.

Speaking of which, things has become peaceful since then, and even though Team Skull has been disbanded, I still feel like they are part of Alola region as well, so I pay them a visit, as Hau give some of them the lesson of Alolan Sumo. Oh, and I bought Team Skull clothes too when visiting Po Town while I?m at it.

Besides of that, I?m also on the quest of collecting Zygarde Cells and Cores, and on the middle of it, I discovered the portal in the ancient ruins, in the same place where Nebby evolved into Solgaleo, so then I decided to enter the portal at night. Speaking of which, Nebby?s coming out from my Luxury Ball at times, even though I felt it?s less frequent recently. This time, Nebby?s coming out to greet another Legendary Pok?mon named Lunala, and then I saw a Cosmog who wants to befriend me, so I called it Nebby Jr. for a meantime.

After returning from the portal, I resumed my training, because as a Champion, I wanted to improve myself. On my way of training and collecting Zygarde Cells, I met with Sina and Dexio once again, who gave me Key Stone and Alakazite after quite a battle. So then, I kept training, and finally Sparkle the Primarina has leveled up to Lv. 100, and so does Puka the Raichu. And then I managed to get all of the Zygarde Cells required for me to make Squishy the Zygarde to be able to gain the Complete Forme, and I saw that it recovered many HPs once it changed into one.

So then, I encountered Mina the trial captain in the middle of my intense training. She challenged me to battle many trainers before battling her, the system akin to Gym Leaders where my hometown came from. So I beat them all, and even though Mina and her Pok?mon gave their all, my teams do their best as well, bringing a nice victory as she gave me my first Bottle Cap.

So then I arrived at the Battle Tree, where I met with 2 important persons, they introduced themselves as Red and Blue, as they congratulate me as the Champion of Alola. Red and Blue are used to be known as Champions of Kanto region on their days, and then they asked me to do a battle between them.

So I decided to fight Blue, and it was an intense match. At some point, Greninja did have trouble when battling one of Blue's Pok?mon, Arcanine. But then, I discovered that Greninja restrained itself from fainting, giving it enough strength to pull off the Water Shuriken that defeats Arcanine. I still remember that suspense, but I'm glad that Greninja's alright. So then the match goes on as Ran the Lurantis, Sparkle and Puka also get their chance to shine.

After the match has ended, Blue and Red explains that they are called to be the new bosses in the Battle Tree, and they told me that I have to win through the Battle Tree if I wanted to challenge them again. Even though I?m glad I can defeat Blue, I still feel that I need more training before I?m ready to challenge the Battle Tree. So I resumed my intense training, not just because I wanted to become stronger to be able to challenge the Battle Tree, but because I still have a match to settle with Hau in the Pok?mon League. Oh, and I didn?t forget on the quest to complete the Alola Pok?dex as well. At some point I managed to hatch Vanillite in Mount Lanakila to fill in my Dex entry, and also completing some more. I know that my journey will still go on even now, so I have to do my best.

It's a slow day nowadays, but recently I'm training with several Pokémon in my team, including Nebby the Solgaleo as well. At times I'm wondering if I'll make Nebby strong to the point it reached Lv. 100, and which move fits it, but I'll keep on training until Nebby's satisfied. Nebby's not the only one who get intense training though, since Ran has leveled up to Lv. 100 after all that training. Meanwhile, Greninja is training hard as well, when in my party and when in the Isle Evelup as well.

As I train, I remember the day before my birthday, where I was given something mysterious known as Magearna. Rotom Dex was surprised when I was given the Mythical Pokémon straight away, especially when someone entrusted me with it, but I hope I'll train it to its fullest as well, along with many Pokémon that has been on my side as well.

And then, in the day afterwards, I also remembered the time when Pokémon Center celebrates my birthday as well, as there is the birthday cake picture in the screen. Nurse Joy and the others are having great time when celebrating it, and the same applies with me, too.

Besides of battling, I'm considering to start breeding some of my Pokémon after my experience of hatching Vanillite back in Mount Lanakila. It may be quite lengthy, but I find the baby Pokémon that came out from the eggs are so cute! Some of them are Popplio and Oshawott, among others. This reminds me, when I was taking a break from training in my home, I was watching a TV show which shows how to take care of Pokémon eggs properly. This makes me wondering if I'll do a good job of handling it too. This also reminded me of Lillie, which has been going to Kanto region nowadays. Rotom Dex wonders if she's still in Z-Powered form, as I told it that Lillie would be fine, hopefully.

So then, I decided to visit Aether Paradise, where everything seems to return to normal nowadays. So I met with Faba once again. Sadly he told me that the encounter from last time resulted in his demotion, but he has turned over a new leaf and wanted to fight me in a Pokémon battle. Nebby has been doing great in that battle, and I learned how it became stronger after it has evolved into Solgaleo back then. Puka's having some share to contribute in my victory as well. After the battle, Faba is resolved even more to become better person, so I hope he's alright too.

I also learned from Faba that Gladion has been taking over the role as the president for a meantime, so I searched for him in the conservation area in upper floor. As I met with Gladion, he told me that he's glad that Lillie smiled, and thanks me for that, even though I told him that I still have lots to learn. Then Gladion told me that his father was the one who confirmed the existence of Ultra Wormholes and Ultra Beasts in the first place, but sadly he has disappeared after some experiment, leaving up a weakened Cosmog and his papers about Nihilego. Gladion also told me that the reason Lusamine wanted to bring Nihilego back then was because she wanted to meet with Gladion and Lillie's dad again.

After that, Gladion gave me one share of Null, as Rotom Dex noted that it doesn't even know how to describe it, even though its circuits are tingling. Gladion told me that it's a totally different Null than the one that Gladion has used, so he entrusted me to show it the world, as he also gave me all the memory drives needed for its evolution Silvally to change types. Gladion also told me that he's prepared for the League as well. This makes me even more resolved to train hard now, because I wanted to show that battling is an art that everyone can enjoy. I can't wait to see who would challenge me as the Champion soon!

Today I was having intense training once again, and finally Nebby, Squishy and Greninja managed to catch up with the others in Lv. 100 family, and I was having a preparation to choose a team for me to battle in the League. Oh, and I'm also training Null as well, in which I have nicknamed as Shirogane.

On the middle of that, I revisited Aether Paradise once again to meet Wicke. She told me on Lillie's behalf that Lillie wanted to go to Kanto because she wanted to treat her mother who was having side effects after merging with Nihilego back then, and Lillie recalls someone named Bill from Kanto region who was having experience of merging with Pokémon once, hoping that she'll find the way to fully separate her mom from Nihilego's toxins. Since then, I understand why Lillie was taking a sudden leave, but I hope that I'll meet her again someday. Oh, and Wicke gave me two Big Malasadas, and I know Hau would like this, so I stormed to Iki Town to pay a visit.

So I met with Hau again, as he's still training Team Skull grunts atm. I gave him one Big Malasada, and he seems to enjoy eating malasada a lot as usual. Then Hau told me that he has become stronger since then, and even having a match with Hala as well. Hau also told me that won't lose when he faced me as a Champion, and I assured him that I won't hold back in that match too.

So then, after more training, I'm going off to the Pokemon League once again. In there, it seems that even Hala has acknowledged me as the Champion, so then I proceed to take on all of the Elite Four thanks to my Pokémon. So then, as I defeated them and seated on the Champion spot, Hau comes along, telling me that he has come this far as well. So it's about time, I'm having a showdown with Hau once again, and it was a fun battle for sure. Even Hau enjoyed it even though I managed to defend my title as the Champion.

So then, I'm heading home again, when I saw someone giving me the mysterious card called Enigmatic Card. As I checked upon it, it says that I'm needed in a guest room in Akala motel in Route 8. I'm wondering what does this mean, but if it's important, I'll be going there. As I'm going to the motel, I find that there are two guests who were waiting for me. One of them introduced himself as Looker, the member of International Police. And the one's beside him is his boss, named Anabel.

Then Looker asked me if I was having encounter with UB Symbiont before. The name is foreign for me, so I asked them what is Symbiont, so Anabel noted that I might know it as somemon that once fused with Lusamine, Nihilego. Anabel told me that The International Police refers to all of the Ultra Beasts by code names, so I can confirm to them that I did have encounters with it.

Anabel told me that Symbiont wasn't the only UB to appear from the Ultra Wormhole, so I have to proceed on special tasks in terms of dealing with Ultra Beasts, so I accepted the mission. But before that, Anabel asked me for a battle to test my skills, and I managed to win, with Anabel's satisfied. So then, Looker asked me to visit the secret labs in the bottom of Aether Paradise to meet with Wicke once again. Looks like my secret mission is about to start soon.

Before I proceed to start the mission, I'm having some intense training yet again and some detours as well. At first, I was tasked by someone in Thrifty Megamart in Royal Avenue. He introduced himself as Kagetora, and he asked me to challenge the other Eeveelution trainers on his behalf because he was unable to do so due to real life circumstances, so I accepted his challenge, and I entered Trainers' School once again.

So I challenged Vaporeon User Polly, and I managed to win. Polly's not the only trainer that I faced in the Trainers' School though, because I'm taking on against Black Belt Duane, and then Principal Asuka as well, in which I can defeat both of them. The latter told me that she's glad that the teachings of the school can make a trainer to become a Champion, and I'm reminded on how I used to battle against several trainers to complete the school challenge, when I was a rookie trainer back then.

After some study, I also pay a visit to one of the house in Route 2, where Guzma happens to live there. Guzma seems to have something to settle, so he asked me for a battle. The battle was tough at times, but I managed to claim the victory once more. When Guzma still feel unsatisfied after the match, Hala came, and Guzma recognized him as his master. After some talk, Guzma gave me Dawn Stone. When I entered Guzma's house again, his mom told me that he used to win numerous matches in the competition thanks to his favorite TM, Swagger.

And after some more training outside, I met with Colress once again, who gave me some items for use in case I got my hands on Genesect. Besides of that, I'm also taking on the Flareon User Chad as well. After these training sessions, I've arrived at Aether Paradise. In there, Wicke entrusted me with Beast Balls, the Poké Ball designed to catch Ultra Beasts. So then, Wicke asked me to return to Anabel and Looker. But before that, one of Aether Foundation employees gave me DNA Splicers and Prison Bottle as well.

As I returned to Looker's place, I find a disturbing news that another Nihilego sightings is confirmed, so I decided to go to Wela Volcano Park, where I finally find it. The battle was tough, but I managed to catch it with a single Beast Ball and called it Aurelia, after some scientific study that I attend when I was in Kanto back then. So after the mission is completed, I let Looker and Anabel know about my latest encounter with Nihilego while showing the proof of it inside of the Beast Ball, and they congratulated me for that.

Anabel told me that the original plan was that the UB that I have caught would be collected by the International Police, but both Anabel and Looker have done their best to secure the permission for me to keep it because they think the Ultra Beasts might be happier if I'm with them. However, the celebration was cut short when Looker suddenly arrived in a hurry, telling that there's another Ultra Beasts coming by in Melemele Island, which means that we have to move out as well.

As I'm going through the base in Melemele motel for the second UB mission, I began to think, since Looker and Anabel entrusted Aurelia the Nihilego to my care, I was unsure if I will be okay taking care of it, considering the incident with Lusamine back then. So I decided to train for a while to clear my thoughts of the incident, as I met a fateful encounter with a shiny Granbull, and caught it. And not long after that, Nebby Jr. has evolved into Lunala as well.

But then, I was still concerned that when I'm back to my home at Route 1, so I asked my mom about that. My mom assures me that I would be fine, and she told me that Lillie already knew that I'll partake the mission thanks to Wicke, and Lillie gave me a message to assure me that I'll do well on the mission, and wishing me good luck. So then, I regained my resolve and proceed to next motel, where Anabel's waiting as she told me that they will have a visitor, who happened to know some info of the UB.

Turns out the visitor is Officer Nanu, and apparently Anabel knew him in quite a long time ago. Nanu let slip the info of something called Absorption, and two of them happened to roaming in Melemele Meadow. Anabel was surprised when Nanu knows about it, and having no idea that there are many Ultra Beasts, but I told her that I saw many of those Nihilegos back then when I traveled to the unknown at some point. The conversation was interrupted when Looker rushes to confirm Nanu's suspicions of two UB's whereabouts, so I'm assigned for a job to find these 2 Ultra Beasts.

Before I'm going, Looker told me that Wicke finished analyzing all the data from Nihilego from earlier, so I thought that Lillie and Bill will do their best to free Lillie's mom from the toxins even more since they have gathered many data of it. After some thought, I dashed forward to Melemele Meadow, and encountered 2 of them, just like Officer Nanu says, and I caught both of them as well.

So I reported the situation to Looker and Anabel. Anabel reveals to me that Officer Nanu was an excellent police officer, and was on par with Looker back then, and Anabel can become part of International Police because of him. And once more, the conversation was cut short again as Looker reported more UB sightings, and this time they're roaming in Akala Island, so they asked me to return to Akala motel from earlier as the base.

Before going back to the base, I'm having some training again so that they're ready to take on another mission, considering catching two Ultra Beasts at the same time can be exhausting. And then, I decided to stopping by at Aether Paradise to know some further info about Ultra Beasts, and a little bit more about Nihilego. So then, it's time for me to take off to Akala Island once more!

As I arrived at the motel, I saw Looker, and Mina the Trial Captain as well! Apparently Mina wants to battle me once again to test my strength. Mina is strong as usual, but Sparkle, Nebby, and Squishy managed to pull it off and won the match. Afterwards, Looker told me about the UB with the code name Lighting, who are met in either Lush Jungle and Memorial Hill, and there are two of them in particular. So then, I have to make some preparations before moving forward...

After hearing the info of Lighting's whereabouts thanks to Mina giving a tip of info to Looker earlier, I decided to go to Lush Jungle, because it's the closest to the Akala motel. In there, I managed to spot 2 Ultra Beasts of Lighting and managed to catch them. As I reported back to Looker that I finished the mission, Anabel suddenly feels dizzy, to Looker's worry. Anabel told them that she'll be fine, even though it seems that the Ultra Beasts are getting aggressive at her. So then, Officer Nanu comes along once again, this time he's giving a hint of something called Blade roaming in Ula'ula Island. As Officer Nanu leaves, Looker recalls that he met with Officer Nanu once.

Upon hearing the info that Officer Nanu gave to us, Looker asked me to preparations in Ula'ula Island by going to Route 13's motel. Before going further, I decided to go to Mount Lanakila to do my routine as a Champion first, so I'm taking on the Elite Four once again. And this time, my next challenger is… Ryuki! Apparently he came across the sea to Alola, and he's a star, as well! And just like his name implies, he's a master of Dragon-type Pokémon. However, I managed to beat his team with Sparkle on my side. But regardless of that, Ryuki's pretty good, too.

So then, I'm back for the mission in the motel, as Anabel is on the way to secure the citizens as per usual, even though things started to get worrying when Looker notices Anabel having some dizziness again, but she still insists that she's fine, and kept going. So then, Looker told me that Blade's sightings are found in either Route 17 and Malie Garden, and there are four of them this time.

Hearing the moment that I have to secure four Ultra Beasts, I was getting nervous because it seems that many of them are brewing, not to mention when I entered that world with many Nihilegos back then. However, this also reminds me a bit of Aurelia the Nihilego that I have caught to complete my first UB mission. So far it started to enjoy the life of Pokémon, as it spends time with other UBs and Pokémon in Poké Pelago, and I hope they'll get along together without any issues at all.

So then, since it seems that Blade are capable of attacking with a big blow, I thought using tons of X Defense wouldn't cut it (no pun intended :P), so I planned to have Nebby start with Noble Roar before proceeding to lower their HP to catch. As I'm facing off against four Ultra Beasts of Blade in Malie Garden, so far the tactics are going well as planned. Even though I was having some issues with several critical hits, I managed to caught 4 of them nicely.

After I finished the mission, I'm taking part of the Nugget Bridge event in the Garden as a refresher. Boy, what a blast from the past from Kanto region, especially when I saw how Red's able to battle his way to the top back then. This is where my Decidueye, Hoot, starts to shine as it executes Sinister Arrow Raid as the finisher on occasion, and Sparkle also take the credit as well.

So I'm back to the motel as I let Looker know that I finished the mission yet again. Then Anabel told me a word from HQ that there's only one UB left to deal with. As Anabel left to find some restaurant, Looker and Nanu told me about the new term for me, called Faller. In other words, human who passed through Ultra Wormhole like me, and Anabel happened to be one, as well. As we're talking about some matters, Anabel came back and told us that the restaurant in Ula'ula Island was too popular to reserve with. Then Nanu reveals that the last one that we need to deal with is in Poni Island, so Nanu arranges the meeting in Seafolk Village's floating restaurant to have some brief discussion, so I have to go there when I'm on it.

So I arrived at Seafolk Village and entered the floating restaurant, as Looker and Nanu discussed about the last Ultra Beast left to catch, Gluttony. They explained that in 10 years ago, Looker and Nanu teamed up with a Faller to lure that very same UB that I'm currently dealing with, but that time, they failed...

It was on that moment when they meet with another Faller... which is none other than Anabel herself, and apparently she was losing some memory except of her name, and the fact that she came from Hoenn region and protecting some tower, and she's quite a trainer as well. So she's quickly promoted to the senior after joining International Police. And Looker asked her to protect citizens in locations as far from UB as possible in order to prevent the same mistakes from 10 years ago, because UBs saw Fallers as prey because of the Ultra Wormhole energy the latter contained upon passing through it.

So Officer Nanu then asks me for one more battle, in which I won with Sparkle on my side. Then Nanu acknowledged my strength, knowing that I would be fine facing the last UB, so he told me that the location is in depths of Resolution Cave, which is quite far. Thankfully I managed to go through it once as per intense training from before, so I can visit it straight away via flying through Charizard Glide.

Gluttony sure was pretty tough, and after some struggle with the move Thrash and some strategy, I managed to catch it in a single Beast Ball. After that, I sighed in relief that finally the Ultra Beast mission has finally completed and accomplished, so I reported back to Looker that we really did it. So then, Anabel's back and giving thanks for finishing the job. So then, Looker wanted to celebrate with a big feast, but not before Anabel told him that we have to report to Wicke in Aether Paradise that we have contained all of the UBs, and we need to thank her for providing Beast Balls for catching them.

So then, I arrived in Aether Labs, as Wicke give thanks because we handled all the Ultra Beasts, which turns out, were coming because of the earlier incident that happens when Hau, Gladion and me were on the raid to Aether Paradise that time. However, Anabel told Wicke that it's us who need to owe her, because of her providing Beast Balls to us. And I told her that we shouldn't forget about Looker who also contributes to the mission, too.

Anabel wonders what's taking Looker so long to come to Aether Labs, when he suddenly rushed with a startling news that some mysterious black thing was zipping across the bright blue sky in Alola while he's buying the infamous malasada in Melemele Island, and Looker thought it must be one of the UB, but Wicke assures him that the foundation's members are working alongside the International Police to find all the UBs, and there are no more UBs besides all of them that we've been dealing with.

Then Looker admits that he was dazzled by Alola's sky, so Wicke told him that he must be tired. Looker admits that he need some break, and Anabel told him that the HQ approved both of them to have some vacay to relax with, so Anabel proceeds to Sushi High Roller first to have some talk with Nanu because she owed him a lot. As she left, she thanked me for completing the task. And Looker also thanked me for keeping his chief, Anabel, safe until the end, and give me loads of money from HQ for all of my work.

Before Looker leaves, he told me that he'll be staying at the motel in Melemele Island if I wanted to stop by. So then, I'm glad that finally the Ultra Beast mission is completed at last, so I'll going back to my usual routine soon, which means more intense training and battling challengers on my way!
