Unfortunately, what you've got is a counterfeit. The bootlegger just pasted a picture of Flying Pikachu (which was actually illustrated by Toshinao Aoki, not Mitsuhiro Arita) over a Shadowless Base Set Pikachu. The actual Flying Pikachu card that used this artwork was never released outside Japan.
