    As I understand it in the original stadium 1 & 2. Playing through them you were awarded with pokemon that you may have not been able to get before.

    So if you started with Charmander or Cyndaquil. You were able to play N64 say stadium 2. Then get Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Chikorita, Totodile also the pokemon you get from fossils. So on and so forth.

    Which leads back to my question. If I play Colleseum and win outside of storymode. Will I be awarded any of the starters that I don't currently have so that I can finish my pokedex?

    No, sorry you cant. There is. Oh, there is the G/S/C youll cacth. But its in the 1 evo. the onlu starter youll get =/

    During Colosseum, you get at the start the chance to bag one of the three GSC starters in their middle form (Croconaw, Bayleef, or Quilava). Later on, you can get the other two in various places, but only after completing the main game once (by beating the not-so-Elite Four as I call them)

    that sucks. How the heck am I suppose to finish the pokedex without Torchic and Treeko, and Mudkip?!! Guess I'll just have to get a AR and cheat.
     
    Or find a friend with a different starter and ask them to breed you one. I'm having the same trouble at the moment.
     
    Im just trikking someone 2 start over then trade the startes. All I have 2 do for them is 2 find the regis and the kyogre/Groudon LOL
     
    With mine, i got a Quilvia and im going to get the other to later in the game cause u can after u beat the Quoted: "So called elite four." Anyways i saved before i battled the red one in phenic city and battled the thug until i was faced against a female quilvia. Anyways, now i have a female quil and i can breed it to get a Cyndequil :D
