Why, yes, Winona is my second fav Gym Leader. And I have seen a Flannery x Winona pic. I was like, =O~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~, but I forgot where I found it. Well, I do, but um... I don't think I can show it.

Lessee... cause she's hot and has Flying Pokemon, Skarmory, and Winona's Gym. She also looks cool in the manga!
