Wish you can battle wild pokemon at any level and any type and still earn exp. Points

    The reason why I don't have a lot of level 100 pokemon is because the highest level wild pokemon you can battle is about 58 in Diamond/Pearl and about 54 in Platinum. Wish your pokemon in the 70's, 80's and 90's can challenge pokemon that are leveled in the 70's, 80's, and 90's, and can battle any pokemon (except legendaries)? You would have to pay, and Blissey is the most expensive pokemon to battle against.
     
    I just keep rebattling the elite four over and over again. once one guy gets to lvl 100 i have the weakest one hold an EXP share. and the EXP share gets all of the lvl 100 pokemons exp.
