Not sure. But it has high attack but isn't 252 Attack it's 244 Attack and idk the rest.

Hmm, can you check the IV's on your Celebi for me? If theyre good I could also offer my Shiny Mystry Mew or Shiny EV Trained Bold Suicune.
 
I'll check then later but I know for sure that it has Max HP and I think Defense too. Can i get those Pokes Ivs?
