I have never ever never had an EV trained Weavile. I know we had a deal of some sort though, but maybe you're mixing me and some person with an EV'd Weavile up.

Blissey
lvl 100
Hp- Mid-700s
Atk- 49
Def- Sub-100
St atk- Either sub-100 or low 100s
Sp def- Around 250
Speed- Can't remember
