Working the Rumour Mill

Over the last couple of months we've been working overtime on what the new titles could possibly contain. A lot of it is just idle speculation and theories based off circumstantial evidence. But every now and then you get something that, supposedly, lacks a little bit more tangible evidence. We've had supposed leaks of the entire Pokedex for this generation, rumours about new mega evolutions, the role of Legendaries, and so on. Some people give this stuff a lot of weight. Others...not so much.

So, how have you been coping with the rumours surrounding these games? Have there been any rumours thus far from sources that you might not entirely trust, but believe in enough not to entirely discount the possibility that they might just be true? What gives a rumour credibility, and what marks it as complete nonsense? How do you separate the might-be-true from the blatant lies? Anything you've seen that you wish was true, or pray isn't? To tell u the truth, the new titles names r not my cup of tea, neither skipping on the third Kalos game. But as a Pokemon fan, I am very curious about what this gen might bring upon us.

To tell u the truth, the new titles names r not my cup of tea, neither skipping on the third Kalos game. But as a Pokemon fan, I am very curious about what this gen might bring upon us.

I feel the same way as you, the fact we're stuck with two months of literally no information known is making the speculation phase tough for the most part. I wasn't heavily disappointed on a third Kalos game being skipped because with this being three years since XY were released, a new generation was likely to happen.
