What's the right Speed stat for Dugtrio.? Was checking out it's IVs and that 11 is impossible for it to have.

Did you enter the Effort points? With it i calculated: 30/28/30/26/30/30
Plus it was RNG'd so...
 
I'm not sure if I confused you some, it's written stat you have is 11. That's an impossible 0 for it to have as an IV, before adding the effort points. Could you double check it's speed stat and see if it is actually 11.?

Mewtwo is still UT and for Jirachi, I heard he was leveled with Rare Candies, so no EVs on him.

Don't need the Charizard or Arceus, possibly Porygon-Z but something's off on his info. A flawless Poke has Dark HP. So, either his HP is wrong or his IVs. As for Kangaskhan, is it UT.?

What male Nidoran did you want.? I could do the non-shiny one and the Adamant shiny Scyther for your Jap flawless Ditto and IV'd shiny Horsea. Aside from that, didn't really see anything I'd give the Ralts for, sorry.
