The best worst team I can think is of 6 magikarp's with a splash attack.

The team should be.

Magikarp.
Caterpie.
Weedle.
Bidoof.
Wurmple.
Silcoon.

Seriously, Light Ball or not, Pikachu does not LOOK like it should be on any serious team.

And Joey's top tier Rattata is full of fail, imagine how bad the rest of the bunch must be.
