[Questions] WOTC HOLO BLEED

I picked up a bunch of cards last week, and as I was looking over Gyarados I noticed what looked to be a stain. Upon further inspection I noticed it wasn't a stain, but infact an error.
My questions is has anyone else seen a bleed error like this?
I do know Holo bleeds are common on newer cards but I've never seen one like this before
    Thanks ☺️

I'm not sure if I'm seeing what you're seeing but all early cards have this like varying hue to represent the type of the card. You can look at many other examples.

Unless I'm missing something stupidly obvious, what you have there is a fairly used condition, standard, Base Set Gyarados.

Here's en example of holo bleed on a WOTC card

If you look where the evolution picture is, where Magikarp is. It's got a small bit of reflective and the stars in the Holo appear here too. I know usually Holo bleed takes over the whole card but this one is really different, it's one tiny section at the top left of the card 🙂

Thanks for taking the time to respond too! I've been wanting to discuss this so bad because I've literally never seen it like this before
