Keldeo has not been legitimately released as an event, and cannot be caught in game.

didn't that event happen after the pocketmonster movies? japan already have a event right now that you get 1 shiny pokemon depends on what version it is though. like pokemon white i think you get shiny hydreigon and in black a shiny golurk.

If that were the case, then the Keldeo would be unstable going into a game of a person who hasn't used cheat codes on it. Could potentially crush your game.

EDIT: if that is the case with the events thats kinda a ripoff for the Black Version games :P just sayin.
