Would it make a huge difference if I were to not Evolve my Bagon to learn Dragon Claw

I'm going to give Aggron Dragon Claw and since hacking is 4 teh newbz, I just wanted some advice. Should I just traing him up to level 63 or just prevent him from Evolving? I don't plan on doing any serious PvP... and this is just for PvE on Emerald.

Also not sure if this is the right location!

I agree. If you want it just wait and train bagon and dont evolve.

Yeah, I definitely would advise that you train it.
