[Other] Would pokemon X and Y ROM hacking ever be possible?

Well, guess what, now we have Pokémon Neo X & Neo Y, there's a way to use dumps to randomize your game or customize it however you want with Pk3DS. We were thinking it would take long to hack it but nah, just 2-3 years.
