I'm electric type you see. And besides, it doesn't hurt as much.

Would you rather own a hacked level 1 Pichu starter in your first playthrough or a hacked level 100 Mewtwo starter with Mewnite in your first playthrough? (Basically, be cheap or be underpowered?)
