A PokeSupe anime would be epic.

But I'm thinking that they'd put in too many annoying fillers, but I'd bear with it.

The other thing I'm worried about is the voice actors. If the anime actually happens, a lot of people probably wouldn't be happy about some of the voice actors, while another group of people loves it. If they don't choose the right voice actors, they might ruin the character.
 
Since 4kids got dried up (by the enraged fanboys/girls) we just have to keep an eye on Viz....that's the only other company I can think of that would translate Pokemon... I'm sure there are more in the back of my head somewhere.

For one, some Japanese fans do animate PokeSpe in their fan opening videos. If a project is to be done, fans from all around the world can be involved.

For example :

That besides the point, but there are fans from other series that animate their manga.

For example, some naruto fans do animate the latest chapters before any of the animation studios even starts to work on it.


People even post tutorials on how to animate things on youtube.

However, it depends on finding enough people who are even willingly to spend time on such a project for free, just like how modders dedicated themselves to rebuilding an existing game from scratch.

I don't care how they do it, I want to hear Gold and Ruby and Pearl's sexy voices <3

I just don't want it dubbed and placed in CN or CW4Kids or anywhere like that :/

No. The problem is asking who wants to do it.

Thinking about it is different from getting a team to do it.

You could always create another thread and start asking pokefans around the world for help.
 
I most definitely would. I've only read the first few bits of the manga, but I'm loving it already. Closer to the games and far less cheesy than the current anime (The original series' FTW).

The prospect of a more mature, maybe more action-packed Pokemon anime which relates closer to the games and aimed at the more older Pokemon fans has always appealed to me.

That's the thing. I don't know how we could actually meet together and work on this stuff. I mean you can meet on facebook and do it like that but, I really prefer face-to-face contact especially if we're going to be working on a big team project like this. It just seems more tangile to be.... if you know what I mean.

Don't need to. Most modding teams are capable of producing a well-made mod without meeting each other in real life.

Things like Msn messenger could allow you to develop your project over a long period of time.

The only problem is finding people to commit to the project.

But, I'm not sure what I can do in this project. Because according to one of the pc supporters, he said that he can provide the music because he already has recorded them. Like, I'm a amateur composer and a Clarinet player. And I can't draw or anything.... so I'm not sure. Maybe there's something that I could do.

For one, you could always call for a recruitment drive to ask people to join your project.
 
That would be a very interesting Anime if they were to do that. I would certainly watch it though! ^^
 
No. I wouldn't want that to happen. Lets say some things are meant to be a manga only. They wouldn't make it mature anyways, it would be little and playful like the current Pokemon anime. I rather read than watch.

I want an OVA or an film. Lets say the manga is straight forward. Looks like 20 episodes can finish one saga. Rather have a film D: .

But you took mah idea xD, I rather read if they have lame voices. I'll be "this anime is a disgrace to Pokemon Special".
