4th Gen Wouldn't it be cool to be able to hold back your pokemon from growing a level?

I mean so that you could get more EVs before getting to level 100.

Yeah, I've always thought about that. And then if you had a Pokemon that you used a lot that was a lvl 50 and you used it in the lvl 50 trainer tower and stuff like that, you could still use it in other places without fear of it growing to lvl 51 and being ineligable for the lvl 50 challenges and only able to do the lvl 100 challenges.

Except that would also make it way too easy to raise an uber-mon...

yeah that would kindaa be cool

every time i go to the battle frontier i wanna do lv 50 but all of my pokemon are over so i have to do open level but barely any of my pokemon are at the same level. their levels are all different

if they had that feature for ruby I could of saved my machamp and blaziken from all the rare candys I gave them.

I have no idea what you mean by stop going up levels. Do you mean remove thre whole leveling up system?

like stopping it from leveling up to make it be able to gain more EVs

Yet another interesting idea that won't be in the game.

Though it would be freaky to see your Pokémon gain +20 in a certain stat because you maxed out their EVs all in one level.
