    ToYS Я US

Save. Big time. This is relatively important and impertinent information for those looking to buy both Pokémon Moon Version and Pokémon Sun Version! Sales prices last from the 13th to the 19th of November! Now, this may not apply to your area, and I suggest calling your local store for details! I called mine and I asked if they were able to provide the same deal for the new Pokémon games that are coming out on the 18th.

"Really? Jacket, you're telling me I can get a brand new Pokémon game at 40% off? Unheard of!" oh, but nay, nay! To my pleasant surprise, yes indeed they are offering the games 40% off, but only in store, and there are no reservations of any kind! Be sure to check at which times your stores will be open as that may vary from location to location. I was told that mine opens at 0900, so if you need to buzz to work, be sure to buzz right by the ToYS Я US when you have the time! Fun Fact: Jacket's first Pokémon game, Pokémon Blue Version was purchased from a ToYS Я US in Seattle, WA!

Cancel your pre-orders at LameStop and save that money for something else! For a little bit under the price of a full retail game for the PS4, Wii-U or XBox One, you can own both copies for as little as $56.99!* If you were planning on getting both games anyway, or if you don't already own a copy of Omega Ruby Version or Alpha Sapphire Version this is a great deal! Just don't go scalping. We'll have to beat you.

*Certain states do not actually have direct sales tax! Oregon is one such state and your sale taxes will vary from location and even from county to county! As far as I am aware, this offer is only available to people in the US!

"But wait, there's more!" - Mr. Popeil. This BOGO 40% off deal also extends to ALL Pokémon figures, plush toys, role play, collectible cards, games, decks, tins and blister packs!

To top it all off, as you can see in the photo I provided (take your phone with you and this photo, just in case), they are offering free Foil Electabuzz cards on the 20th of November 1400 (2pm) -1600 94pm) local (your local) time! The event is not restricted to children and even welcomes adult collectors with open arms!

    Spoiler:

It's a shame I already put money down for my pre-order at GameStop. While this offer is nice, I have zero interest in going to my nearby Toys' R US. I'm getting my second copy (Sun) later on, anyway. :P
Hm. I really began to hate GameStop when they started to open their game boxes and label them as 'new'

A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.

They keep arguing with me when I ask for an unopened copy of a new game. If they don't have an unopened copy, I let them know I'm leaving with my wallet. Since I'm buying both anyway, I'd prefer to have my NEW game unopened and unmolested by greasy, grubby hands thank you. I don't like giving them my money if I don't have to. . . that's just me, though.

Ouch. I can't say I've had any negative experiences with my own GameStop store, personally. That may be because I've been a regular at my particular store for years and have built a good relationship with a lot of the employees there, though.
Eh. The stores around me go through their employees like I imagine John Candy went through soda pop. I've never enjoyed their policies to say the least. I feel like a new item is a new item. Would you rather have them save the Pre-order money towards something else or . . ? I just like having the best deal possible, and since I moved around a lot I don't have time to become a regular at a store.

It seems like this deal is if you get both games, in which you get the other 40% off. I will definitely admit this is more than tempting enough to cancel my pre-order and go to my nearest Toys R US and purchase the games there, but unfortunately, being the stereotypically broke college student that I am, I only have enough resources for one of the games for now. :P
Ah. That is unfortunate. I aim to save early for things that I want to get, so finding this deal just makes me happy as a clam.
