Someone knows if they going to release the blue and gold X & Y bundles in America and Europe?
Where can I stay updated on this? Game Freak? Nintendo?

Hi not sure but I think they were Japan exclusives, they sold out in like 2 hours as far as I heard... Unfortunately for us non-Japanese :-P

yeah, i heard how fast they were sold in japan. i heard that they are planing to release more because of it, and so i hope that America and Europe also get them.

CliCli's right. The X and Y bundles were for Japan only. If they were to release these bundles in Europe, North America, or anywhere else, then I'm sure a thread will be posted here as soon as the news hits. You should visit this section frequently if you want to stay up-to-date with these kind of info. n__n

well, i've read yesterday a few articles about the issue, they said that the bundles are most likely to arrive - a blue one and a red one for each of the new legendaries. the price tag will be 199$ which means, the game will be free.

I cannot confirm the credibility of the articles, didn't look for a source, but am willing to wait and see how this gonna develop.

**** japan they get every 3ds bundle why couldn't this bundle come to the us.

I don't know why Nintendo are keeping this bundle Japan-only. After all Pokemon is a global brand. Previously there has been a Pokemon-themed console in North America every generation and I don't know why Nintendo is quizzically excluding us out of this, which is especially more important because of the existence of godforsaken region locking.

It's too bad, I really wanted to get my hands on that Xerneas 3DS...

Well starting September 27th in North American and Europe we will be able to buy
The X 3DS or Y 3DS but not in bundle. Just the system.

japan is only for japan, that's why the anime (all anime) suck, and manga goes down the hill - most of them, anyway...

You do realize that nothing you said made any sense or even pertains to what is discussed right?

Japan gets the good things because the money is made there in Japan. The core of the fans live there, and it costs less to export the systems to sell in another country. A World Wide release doesn't entitle everyone to the same benefits within the games. We're still going to get Japan Only download events. Japan is still going to be a favorite for Pokemon merchandise sales because they actually sell there rather than anywhere else.

It has nothing to do with Anime. It has nothing to do with Manga. Anime also does not suck. If you think so you either do not watch something you like or you only try to watch what's popular and get bored with it. If you are complaining about what airs on saturday mornings, in Japan, that stuff is for kids between the ages of 5 and 10. The good anime usually doesn't leave Japan because our countries do not allow them to be sold.

There are some that cannot be shown on TV because Japanese and American Rating systems are slightly different. Where Japanese kids are more mature and can take in things differently than American children...American Children are pretty spoiled, lazy and don't understand the concept of fantasy and reality more than half the time. Our "E" ratings and "Y" and "PG" are pretty much baby shows for some Japanese. While their "T" would be more "M" or "MA" for us.

There is just a cultural gap between the two. Want to complain about why they get all the good things, then get people to spend money on Pokemon Merchandise. Get people to understand and like Japanese merchandise. Raise sales and we'll get the good things. We have to make it worth their time and money to produce. Otherwise we can just sit back and wait for them to feel generous and give us something nice like we have been.

i meant in the bigger picture of things... more of a personal complain that i don't expect most people to understand.
i watch anime more than 10 years now, those for children and those for adults, and little by little i became more aware to the stories, characters and how they are written and animated. there are very few anime series that can make the cut as originals, not repeating the same type of characters/ dialogs/ personalties... same thing in the manga world but in a lesser scale.

i know that in the end it's all about profit and that those industries makes theirs almost only in japan, and i guess that i could present my opinion in a much better way if my english was good enough. either way, i don't mind to talk about it privately with you.

to make sure this post won't be off topic...

"I'll be reserving my Blue X/Y 3dsxl ASAP!"
you mean the blue one that about to release in september 27?
if so, where have you seen an option to do so, pre order or anything?

I don't think that the gold 3DS LL would come to Europe and America. But there still a possibility that it could just come. But since Pokémon originates in Japan, it's most likely they will only get it. They're super lucky. Well, at least we get the other two.

If I went to Japan anytime soon, I'd go and get the gold 3DS LL. It looks purely amazing; and I'd love to see it irl! :D
