I can offer you a shiny competitive Garchomp (Jolly, Rough Skin, 5 IV -SPA), a Shiny competitive Salamence (Jolly, Moxie, all 31) and a Shiny competitive Porygon-Z (Modest, Adaptability, 5 IV -Att). If you don't mind, I already gave the m EV's. Garchomp and Salamence have a 4 HP/252 AT/252 SPE spread, and Porygon-Z has a 4 HP/252 SPA/252 SPE spread.
